Schedule an introductory consultation
Initial consultations of up to 90 minutes are offered without charge at our Lausanne studio or via video conference. During this session, we review your current situation, outline our approach, and provide indicative timelines and fees in CHF for the services most relevant to your project.
To arrange a meeting, email [email protected] with a brief description of your organisation, approximate floor area, and preferred dates. We will confirm an appointment within two business days.
Request a proposal for a specific project
For defined scopes such as feasibility studies, layout design, or acoustic assessments, we prepare written proposals within five business days of receiving your brief. Proposals include deliverable descriptions, programme estimates, fee breakdowns in CHF, and terms of engagement.
Please include any available floor plans, lease documents, or headcount projections to help us scope the work accurately and avoid unnecessary follow-up questions.
Visiting our Lausanne studio
Our studio is located on Avenue de la Gare, approximately ten minutes on foot from Lausanne CFF railway station. Street parking is available on adjacent roads; public transport options include bus lines 1, 2, and 8 stopping at Gare.
Studio visits are by appointment only. Please contact us in advance so that a senior planner is available to meet you and walk through relevant project examples.
Media and speaking enquiries
Members of our team are available for conference presentations, panel discussions, and media interviews on topics including workplace strategy, hybrid work design, and Swiss office market trends. Enquiries should be directed to [email protected] with event details and requested topics.
We aim to respond to media requests within 48 hours. Please note that project-specific details and client identities are never disclosed without prior written consent.
Supplier and contractor partnerships
We maintain an approved network of furniture suppliers, acoustic product manufacturers, and fit-out contractors across Switzerland. Suppliers interested in being considered for future projects may submit company profiles and product catalogues to [email protected].
Partnership applications are reviewed quarterly. Inclusion in our network does not guarantee project allocation but ensures visibility when relevant tenders arise.
